How I got into
User Experience Design
It all started when I was working as a service designer at Hewlett-Packard.
As a service designer, I was constantly in contact with and presenting business cases and design solutions to numerous customers up to C - level. This gave me the opportunity to deep dive into our customers world, analyze their core needs and pain points, and adjust my design solutions accordingly. I fell in love with designing for the customer, building user-oriented designs and seeing the impact I am able to make through that.
Fast forward two years later, I was ready to take the next step into my career journey and deep dive into the product design world.
I moved to San Francisco to study User Experience Design at University of California - Berkeley.
UC Berkeley helped me develop and polish my product design skills, while working on multiple products and projects.
